About Kyla
Hi, I’m Kyla – I am a Board Certified Holistic Health Practitioner (AADP) and Health and Wellness Coach with Certifications as a Weight Management and Gut Health Nutrition Specialist. I have with a strong foundation in Holistic Nutrition and a passion for supporting sustainable, long-term health transformations. My approach is rooted in evidence-based practices that address not only weight management and gut health, but broader lifestyle factors that influence overall well-being.

My focus on gut health enhances my ability to address digestive health, inflammation, and the vital role the microbiome and gut/brain/immune system connection plays in metabolic and overall well-being. The gut holds 70-80% of your immune system, and I truly believe that starting with healing it can build a substantial foundation for success in weight loss and overall wellness.
I created Rooted & Wild Holistic Wellness to do more than just help people lose weight. My goal is to empower clients to make meaningful, lasting changes in their lives by addressing not just nutrition and exercise, but also sleep, stress, hormone balance, mindset, daily habits, and more. It’s about learning how to feel good in your body, build a sustainable routine, and stay committed to your goals with the right support along the way.
