Do you accept insurance? No, we do not participate with or bill through insurance providers. Services are offered on a private-pay basis. However, clients with a Health Savings Account (HSA) or Flexible Spending Account (FSA) may be able to cover the cost of wellness and coaching services. Because coverage varies, we recommend that you check with your insurance provider or HSA/FSA administrator to determine whether holistic wellness coaching, nutrition counseling, or weight management support is considered an eligible expense under your plan. We are happy to provide itemized receipts or session summaries upon request to assist you in seeking reimbursement if applicable.
Are you able to order labwork? While we do not have the ability to write orders for blood work, we have access to a variety of specialty tests that focus on key biomarkers related to metabolic health, food sensitivities, gut health, and more. We can also provide you with a recommended list of labs that may be helpful in supporting your weight loss and wellness goals. These can be ordered by your Primary Care Provider. Once results are available, we can review them together to further personalize your program.
Do you offer gut health assessments? Yes. we partner with trusted third-party labs to offer at-home gut health testing kits that analyze your microbiome, digestive function, and inflammation markers. Tests are paid for directly by you and results are sent to you to review. Once your results are in, we’ll go over them together and create a personalized plan to support gut healing and overall wellness through nutrition, lifestyle changes, and targeted supplementation.
Is your approach suitable for people with medical conditions (e.g., diabetes, thyroid issues, PCOS)? Yes — we work alongside your healthcare provider’s recommendations to support your condition with lifestyle strategies that help balance blood sugar, hormones, and energy levels.

From there, we’ll create a customized plan tailored to your unique needs, preferences, and wellness vision.

The new client will receive $25 off their initial consultation. This referral benefit is limited to first-time clients only and may be redeemed once per referral. Multiple referrals are welcome, but each discount may only be applied to one future appointment at a time and may not be combined with other promotions or discounts. To ensure proper credit, the new client must mention the referring client’s full name at the time of booking or during their intake process.
Can you meet with more than one person at a time? Yes! We offer sessions for couples, friends, or family members who want to work on their wellness goals together. It’s a great way to stay motivated and accountable while still receiving personalized support. Contact us for information about a discounted rate.
